3D Renderings
Here at AY Luxury Designs, we don't believe in investing in something you've never seen and we know our clients are visual people. In order to help our clients with envisioning their projects and promote transparency, we offer state of the art, to-scale 3D renderings to every client along with an itemized estimate. You should always know where every one of your dollars goes.

Most contractors give you bulk prices to hide in extra fees, here at AY Luxury Designs, you will receive an itemized estimate attached with a 3D rendering for each project. All fees up front, no B.S.
Pergola
All of our Pergolas are custom built. That means we will deliver your lumber to your home, build it, sand it and stain it ON SITE! This ensures your Pergola is hand-crafted to perfection.

Fire Pit
Fire pits have gathered families together for many years, a fire pit in your backyard will create a common area for kids and guests alike!

You can purchase aftermarket kits to turn your fire pit into a griddle as well!
Outdoor Kitchen
With the help from their very own designer, every client is able to create their own outdoor kitchen from scratch. From the type of brick used, the appliances installed and even the granite countertop, we give our clients the opportunity to customize their own little slice of heaven.

Outdoor kitchens can also be built into Pergolas and Gazebos.
Patio
AY Luxury Designs offers a one-stop-shop for all your exterior design needs. Every client is assigned their very own designer who will assist through the entire process. Through the beginning stages of designing your paver project, to state-of-the-art 3D renderings, HOA documentation, City Permitting, building the actual project, all the way until your final walkthrough. Your designer is trained to hold your hand every step of the way.

Driveway
The last thing you want is your driveway built with concrete edges!! Here at AY Luxury Designs, our team has been trained to only use glued borders when building driveways and walkways. Concrete skirts are not only unsightly, but they begin to crack and break off in chunks after as little as 6 months! This means that your pavers will begin to separate and list/sink.

Screen Rooms / Bird Cages
Our team of experts will help you design the screen of your dreams. Whether you just need to keep the bugs away, want to keep the environment out of your pool or even just want a little more shade, we can build the perfect screen for you! We handle all city permitting and HOA documentation.

Gazebo
Your Gazebo will be custom built right in your own back yard! That means we will deliver your lumber to your home, build it, sand it and stain it ON SITE! This ensures your Gazebo is built to perfection. We offer our clients a choice between Cypress and Cedar wood selections for all woodwork.

Pool Deck
Pool companies are infamous for sub contracting every step of your pool build. This leads to delays in building, oversight on craftsmanship and irritation all around. To help keep your sanity, AY Luxury Designs is willing to work with any pool builder of your choice, and make sure your pool deck gets built to our standards the first time around.

Sealer
AY Luxury Designs recommends paver sealing to clients looking to protect their brand new paver project as well as clients looking to bring their old pavers back to life!
Fun Fact:
Sealing your pavers costs less per square foot than a pack of gum and only needs to be applied every 3-5 years. When used with polymeric sand, sealer helps prevent the growth of weed between your joints along with preventing sun bleaching and every day stains.
Planter
Whether you need to keep the mulch from flooding onto your driveway, want to dress up your trees or would like to add your very own planter to help beautify your home, we can build the perfect planter for you!!

Retaining Walls
Not all homes are built the same and unfortunately in some of our favorite areas such as St. Johns, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, PVB and Nocatee, we have issues of dramatic slopes in our backyards that makes our back yards unusable! Don't let your backyard be just another field to lay doggy bombs, make it usable by adding a retention wall to flatten it out.

Most retaining walls are built out of either lumber or stone (we only use stone).
Landscape
